Store Error

Hello,

I just purchased NFS Most Wanted thru Steam.

In game, I cannot see anything when I access the store.

Is it because I didn't purchase any of the DLC?

I thought at least something has to pop up since it's the store.

I contacted the EA help and talked to an agent on chat and he said to leave a question over here.

Please help.
