Story mode load crash

Hi guys, i just installed NFS Payback,but when i try to start the story mode it shows the bottom right loading logo and then the game close suddenly .

Maybe someone can help me !

    A few things.

    Your display memory info is odd, it is showing 754MB as total display memory where it should show 4850MB (1010+3840)

    Your video drivers are way out of date and should be updated

    Your current display mode is a higher resolution than your monitors native mode.

    I think updating your video drivers is most likely to resolve your issue unless you have an actual hardware problem.

    Please do this, set your resolution to 1024x768 and retry. If the issue continues, generate a new Dxdiag and post it here so we can recheck, thanks.

    Here it's my DxDiag

    I don't think it's a problem from my pc specs,because many new games workson HIGH settings, GTA V works on HIGH settings.

    Please help me!
