Stuck at Signing in to Ea Servers Screen

Whenever I try to play NFS Rivals on my PS4 I cannot sign in to Ea servers it loops infinetly at the '' Signing in to Ea Servers . Please wait... '' part . Please help me cant even play the game like this

    From the PS4 main screen >settings>PSN. Logout from your PSN account. Then restart NFSR. This way you can skip online features and play local.

    YES!!! the same thing happens to me on my xbox360 insept it says that i am not signed into xbox live but i mean i am and it just bugs me soooo much. EA SERVERS PLEASE HELP ME!!!
