Stuck in cinematic when starting the game

I've contacted EA support and after 4 hours they came up with nothing to fix the issue, where you start up the game and get stuck in a loop of the cinematic starting over and over again and you can't...

    Hey, @Zyrbz  make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date. 
     
    You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Need for speed Heat and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
     
    Worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.
     
    Looking at the dxdiag your CU is just below the minimum requirements. 
    • Processor (Intel): Core i5-3570 or Equivalent

There was some kind of issue with my drivers, after deleting all drivers and deleting the geforce experience app and redownloading drivers manually from the Nvidia website the issue was resolved!
