Stuck On Loading Screen

    Update:

    The infinite loading screen issue has been resolved and players should now be able to load their game without issues. For anyone that is experiencing loading issues, please follow the connection steps in our Need for Speed troubleshooting guide.

    The most important connection steps are the following:

    • Do a hard reset on your console and router (unplug both from power for about two minutes)
    • Use a wired connection
    • Enable port forwarding on your router. You can find more info on how to do that in a PS4 and XB1 guide
    • Setup a static ip address (this is necessary if you want to enable port forwarding)

Does issue keep happening after console reboot:

Last time issue occurred: for example 06:13pm GMT. If you don't know time zone, add your country or region.

Thank you for your patience and help in making sure we are able to get everyone back into the game.

Platform: PS4

Does issue keep happening after console reboot: YES also tried a full power disconnect for round about 1 minute 

Last time issue occurred: 2:15 am GMT +01:00 Germany

Tried the port forwarding suggestions mentioned on the troubleshooting page but doesnt fixed the problems. I've done the reboot and power disconnect after the port forwarding.
