Stuck on mission with Amy

Hi, when I try to meet Amy at the garage for the mission "hit 322 km/h" I can't access the mission. I only get to the garage where I can choose vehicle.
Can someone please tell me how to start the mission?

    Just go on any Highway and drive as fast as you can! 🙂

    I don't remember I stopped playing this game. I was also supposedly permanently banned from this site because a stupid Moderator decided to claim i'm some kind of Xenophobe because i'm an American with free speech. Figure that one out. So not sure why the A-Hole hasn't completely wiped out my access to this site yet after they  said he/ she was going to.
