Subtitles different from spoken in game
I just wanted to say that the US version of NFS Payback has a dialog subtitle that's sometimes weirdly different from what the characters are saying. Is there any way of fixing this?

Sometimes? Not always? Weird.
Check your registry to see if the region is set up correctly. Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > EA Games > Need For Speed Payback check to see that "locale" is set to "en_US". Make sure you remember what it was before, in case changing it somehow messes it up (it shouldn't, but you never know)
