Suggestions for police improvement.

After escaping from a police chase in reverse I realized just how bad the police are in the game.  I am going to throw out a few suggestions for a more thrilling chase.  Please offer your suggestions in the comments below. 

1) Faster police cars.  Faster police cars are definitely required at this point.  I don't care if they get new cars just make them be able to keep up. 

2) Smarter police.  I beat my chase in reverse by doing a 180 and reversing around a corner.  The cop could not see me any longer as I was 50ft away around the corner and so he gave up and went to Starbucks.  The police should be smarter than this.  They should try to pit you, brake check you, crash you, roadblock you, and just try to stop you.

3) More police should be on you, roadblocks more frequent, a police helicopter, and the police should work together tactically.

4) Dispatch the police to your location.  The closer you are to the police station the faster and more police will be on you.

5) spawn more police on the map.. after all this is a well known street racing capital city.....

6) Change the outlaw system so a wanted car stays wanted until major changes are made to the paint / body.
