synching my PS4 progress to PC

I just purchased NFS Heat on PC and wanted to link my account progress to pc from my ps4. I already had my PS4 Account linked with both my steam (where my game was purchased) and EA account. I tried to unlink my PS4 account and re-link it to my EA but it doesn't seem to fix the issue. I would like to know if anyone is able to help me restore my account to my pc account

    Hi @e7ld5mnkbr7l 

    To confirm NFS Heat does not support Cross-Platform Progression, this would be why items and progress don't sync up between your console and PC versions. If you have recently moved over to a new platform you would be starting from the beginning.
