Talk To A Game Advisor

I bought a promotional package in Need for speed no limits ... and I didn't receive anything, I restarted the phone on the application and I still didn't receive anything ... I would like the pack...

Good day, I wan debited of an amount I didn't authorize and know about from Google play but reflected in my bank statement and it was regarding Google EA mobile.
The purpose of this mail is to seek steps on how to go about it to get my refund.
