I have exact same issue on xbox one with crashing to home or locking up completely. The partial as unfortunate solution until they fix servers for xbox one is turn off ""auto connect to EA servers" and "share usage data/bugs." These are both under settings and far right option. You'll be gimped from all shipments and multiplayer as you'll be playing completely offline. We need a fix ASAP. I didn't get to play my deluxe edition early du to it crashes during intro or after loading save file and driving 20ft.
My offline game keeps freezing on XBox One. It happens everytime I play. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. There are also more cars that are frozen, that I can drive through, than not. Naturally, I contacted EA for help. They were supposed to chat with me 45 minutes after my request was made. 8 hours later, they had still not responded. This is the worst customer support I've seen. I have the deluxe version and this is not the product I paid for!
