Hey My friend I just passed this solution to a good friend who is on PS4 Pro and they said this fixed the problem for them.
I don't know if it will work for others but I sure hope so.
I'd like to read be more feedback from our community on your solution too and see if it helps be others too.

I'm glad to hear that your friend was able to restore his save from my troubleshooting steps. It's good to see that my experiment was able to bear some fruit. Hopefully others will provide some more feedback. I hope you have a very happy Thanksgiving as well! If I can dig up some more research on a temporary fix for Xbox and PC I'll let everyone know. But for the time being more feedback would be appreciated from others to see if my experiment works for them on their PS4's.

- 6 years ago@adamburger16 I would like to ask if you or anyone else is having errors when connecting to EA on PS4. I have a great internet connection, but when I select "Go Online" it says i have to sign into my EA account and to check my internet. this is after i had the item synchronization error, and deleted and redownloaded the game.

@zeekthefreek08Have you tried to see if you actually have an EA account to start off? If you don't then I would start with that, and link your EA account to your PS4 persona. Other than that I do not have a fix for that at this time. I would wait until a future patch comes out for that.
