@adamburger16 Hey thanks man. Your solution worked for me. Follow the steps exactly people. Start in Solo after rebuilding database and drive around for a min then go back to the garage and quit to menu. Then try to play online and reapond yes to the prompt.

    It didn’t work for me at first until I drove for a few minutes in a solo lobby. After I went to the garage and quit out it loaded me right online
