That would be NFS- Rivals

  So far I have only played the Cop in Rivals, I think I was at Level 20.

    @Wireworm5 Hot Pursuit trilogy+Rivals+High Stakes+MW05(specific challenge)+Carbon(quick race)+UC(specific level)+TR(specific level) are the games you can drive a cop car(Be the Cop or not)
