Hi, I'm having trouble changing my account password, as I ask them to send the code to my email and it just doesn't arrive, the email is correct, as I've already received emails from EA before. Can someone help me?

If you use gmail, check the Promotions tab. If you use Outlook or Hotmail, check the tab labeled 'Other'. If you still don't see the verification email, open a case with an advisor so they can assist with this. Instructions for that can be found here. Thank you.
