The Multiplayer Of NFS 2015

Hello EA and Ghost Games.

I wanted to discuss the multiplayer on need for speed. I think this game needs a multiplayer system that connects you with more player that want to race. Just putting us in a session with us roaming around the map is not clearly enough for a racing game. If you guys wanted to focus on people doing things in a crew you should had a game mode where you can do that with more than 8 people. I understand you guys want to focus on doing cool things with a crew but just putting us in a game with a random crew isn't going to cut it. The only way people will work in a crew together is if they had friends playing together. If your with random people in a crew people are just going focus on doing there own things. You guys should know the game racing scene is not as popular as it used to be back in the early 2000's so you guys should do everything in your power to make sure it grows so you can sell more copies of the game.

The whole point of me saying this is that you guys need to add more multiplayer options. What i mean by this is the matching making. Have it just be a button away from getting into a event with other people. We can use games such as Call of duty as an example.  You click what game mode you want to play and it searches for a match with people that have choose the same match or event and it just bring you in a match with other random people within 1 minute. I want play online with random people as well as with friends so having a party is also essential. That's how you meet people in a online seen.  At the end of the day racing is another form of competition so a lot of people like to compete and dominate against other people. That's where the word race comes from! What is a racing game where you can compete against other people. Feeling like your best with your car feels so good. And testing your skills is fun too. Makes people want to become better at the game .

One last thing im going to say is that having a crew is not a bad idea its just it can not stand on its own. Another great idea would be crews meeting up with other crews !!! Having lobbies up to 24 people would be so much fun. If you guys wanted to focus on doing things with a crew you should have that in the game . Free roam with a bunch of people with a crew already. Basically private free roams with a bunch of  crews that people have formed. Like a clan in Call of Duty or just a party of people. In other words a groups of 3-8 people meeting up in a private session .

Thanks for reading this if you did .

If other customers like the idea I have going on then support me. Lets try to get this done !!

yes, it needs a good multiplayer part to keep the motivation alive. EA it's time to do something!!!! With the current system is absolutely no competition between players in the game, thats such a shame...

    Hi,

the new Need for Speed 2015 is really great but i am also really missing the multiplayer experience. After completing the game in 15 hours i question myself what is next? I was really looking forward to have multiplayer options like in Most Wanted but i could not find anything like that.

EA please add a multiplayer lobby feature to your new Need for Speed and it will be the perfect NFS experience of all games so far! 🙂

Thanks for your attention and keep up the good work!

    Best

It's like buying a single player game for 70€ srsly wtf EA.

I tought there would be a loby to join , players voting for the type of race they want.

Right now you can just drive a fully costumized GRIP car and chellenge someone to race... aaaand get a drift race -____-

It has to be done something about that multyplayer urgent.

    And 10 payer session? lol

10 more or less don't know the max per session.

What we need is a working lobby system, where you can create lobbies (type of race, number of laps, minimum BHP etc etc.) and a GLOBAL LEADERBOARD with actual rankings based on overall PVP Rep (gained by winning), fastest times, most wins, highest top speed etc. etc.

How hard is this? Seriously, I feel I have been ripped off. The game is boring at its current state.

I could not agree more with all of these. We really, seriously need a multiplayer lobby system. Most wanted 2012 style or need for speed world style. Those were the best. Please add it really soon because this game will get very boring and die out.
  • Here's something I don't understand. They shut down World because they didn't have the "money" to update it, fix it, keep paying for the car licenses, etc. Frankly, that makes no sense. If they didn't have the money to keep World going, the money to pay a dev team to keep it updated, new cars, content, etc, how the hell do they have "money" to pay GHOST to develop this one? On top of that, how are they paying for the car licenses now? Yet, they don't have the "money"? What would've been common sense to do, instead of bringing out this half-* thrown together game that really shouldn't have been released like it is, was completely re-did World behind the scenes. Then shut it down and introduce the new and updated World. Added more content to it. More cars, customizations, etc. Rebuilt the whole thing from the ground up from scratch. They shut World down to bring out this disappointment of a game. The only thing that's actually good about the game is the graphics, the visual customization for cars as far as vinyls and decals go, and the races, etc. Yet, it's full of bugs, like the steering issue, really * set up for online multiplayer,  no car classes, no real customization for the majority of cars, a small crappy list of cars, no in-game player communication, small lobbies for like 8-10 players only, and the worst part, they are probably using the same old garbage server's from World that were made in the 1960's or something. Why they didn't set this game up like World is beyond me. Took certain aspects of World and implemented those into this one if they wanted to have an epic NFS online game. World blows this game out of the water. Hands down.

Hey @Straatford87 , I have a question I'd like you to ask someone at EA or GHOST. Someone that deals with the servers for this game. Would my Dell Poweredge 2800 that's sitting in my closet collecting dust, that was bought new when it was first manufactured by Dell, almost $10,000 spent on it with all the bells and whistles, and to this day has never been used, is it better than what the hell they're running the game on? If so, I'll rent it out to EA if they need a better server that can handle more than 8-10 players per session. lol. And sorry, it does not leave my house. I'll let them "rent" space in it. lmao.

*I took a look at Ghost's web site, am I to understand that the only games Ghost has ever made are Rivals and this one? What happened to EA? Did they get lazy? Their brains fell out? Maybe EA should call Reakktor Studios, (formerly known as Reakktor Media). They developed a bunch of games. Toxxik, which was released on Steam not too long ago. Neocron and Neocron 2, that still have active and long running multiplayer servers. Black Prophecy, which was one of the best space combat sims I ever played. Which Gamigo, whom they used to publish and host it, totally screwed Reakktor on. I mean if EA is going to use a 3rd-party developer, why not use a company with some knowledge. Either that, EA should just quit. Sell everything they have to Rockstar, Bethesda, Ubisoft. Or, they need to go back to their roots and start developing in-house themselves, like they used to.

  • I feel totally ripped off.  Can't even play multiplayer, yet I see these fools just roaming around on the map and can never catch up with them to challenge.  What complete moron decided this was a finished game?  I can't believe I paid full price for this polished *.  I WANT MY MONEY BACK or a REAL multiplayer function added...or I doubt I will be buying the next NFS game.

PS:  I am 31 and have bought almost every other NFS game since the first one back in the 90's.  Fix your *.
