"Razor's" M3 (the car you mean was not an M4) is already ingame as the BMW M3 E46 with the GTR Bodykit for it, about the livery of it - i don't know if it's available as pre-maid livery for non deluxe edition buyers, but with a bit creativity you can do it by yourself
