The Limited Edition content was only intended for pre-orders. If a company is selling Limited Edition games "new" at the current time then there's something wrong as all pre-ordered games are obviously purchased. If you bought the game purchased then EA may just not allow Limited Edition content for used games.

I have Bought a Need For Speed : The Run (Limited Edition) for PC two years back and when I started playing the game I have noticed that Limited Edition cars were all locked . Then after searching on web I still got no ways to unlock those cars for PC . In many YouTube videos of unboxing this game for PC I saw there was a pamphlet for Online Pass but I didn't receive it that so I bought the game again but then again I didn't receive the pamphlet . Please help.
