The worst AI of any racing game... Ever.

This is a rant I'd like to post so that anyone who reads it can understand how frustrating it is that the AI in the new Need for Speed are so dumb. First of all, the police AI are an absolute joke in every meaning of the word. Secondly, when you are in a drift event (especially the higher leveled ones), the AI makes it completely impossible to win. I am trying to beat the first of the prestige Manu drift events and find myself completely unable to do so because there are 8 Ai racers in a one mile drift track, all of which cannot stop either running into me or getting in my way when I try to drift. They seem to purposely speed up using NOS in the straights so that when I try to create distance between me and them they catch up (only to run into me again with their pathetic attempts to drift), or go too slow in the straights so I can't just lag behind and try to drift by myself in order. I'm sorry but whoever worked on the AI for this game, you have failed at your job and I think that the only possible way to fix this is to remove the AI from drift events entirely.

I have a 1200 HP Viper, which apparently cannot outrun a Ferrari F40 in a straight away, and a Porsche 911 GT3 RS which even completely stock is somehow too fast or too slow when the AI feel like ramming me into the wall while drifting.
