This code has already been used

I bought the game "Need for Speed Shift 2 Unleashed - Limited Edition" quite some time ago, but it has been sitting at my closet since then, and i rediscovered it now.

I never got to install the game before, but now that when i try to install it, it gives the error that the activation code has already been used, what can i do?

    Being unable to access your games is most likely caused by logging in on the wrong account. In rare cases it could also mean that your account got hacked, leading you to create a new account with the email address as used previously. Another possibility is that your games are under "Hidden Games" in Origin. To check this, click on the "Show" button at the My Games tab.
