This game hasn't released yet error. Any solution?

When i lunch the game it says This game hasn't released yet.Any solution or can i get a new game?

Hi @Adivrg, To check a few things first. Do you have a VPN active? Also, is your machine date/time correct?

Thanks for confirming, Can we give the following a try when you have a moment?

Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Hi @Adivrg, Out of curiosity are you playing from a Code you purchased from a retailer, or have you had the EA Play sub before?

From a code, but you can see that i have fc24 that was also from a code and i don t have any problems.
