@ZeroMcDol sorry, I just dont understand why this needs to be made easier. Its not hard! the cops are all part of the risk, the higher the heat the harder the cops. yeah they are overly brutal, but thats the game! and like I said in a previous comment, you can lose cops just fine with low lvl cars etc. You all sound like people who download completed game saves to play the game. No work no reward.
