Your one of the few (1000's) if you have multi gpu, the vast majority (millions) have single.
- the game hardly pushes the boundaries of a single GPU so having multi GPU support would be A. Pointless, and B. Adding something else that's likely to break the rest of the game for the majority of other players. My mid-range GPU runs the game on Ultra without even breaking a sweat.
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should....

not all people plays with a monitor from the nineties.- not all people run multi GPU set ups, in fact most people don't. I can get 60fps at 4k on ultra though without too much bother, and as 4k is pretty much the industry standard right now, I doubt that EA see any need for multi GPU support. I could be wrong though, as I'm not a game developer, but I wouldn't spend money developing something that only a small minority of the gaming community will be able to use, especially when the software already meets/exceeds current industry standards.... If it isn't broken, don't fix it
