three speedwalls in nfs payback?

Summarize your bug why is there three speedwalls in nfs payback? how can I change them or what changes them? my speedwall reverted back to "firestarter" from "rivals". origin help had never heard of this problem (since Christmas) and now a whole lot of people is having this problem. my times are still updating on my friends speedwall but not on mine! or should I say not on my beginner "firestarter" speedwall that my game reverted back too.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) after playing multiplayer for the first time....time was in the pm around 8 cst.

What happens when the bug occurs? cannot see my new times but my friends can see them and they tell me what my new scores are.
What do you expect to see? for origin help to do something instead of me having to post this report.......this about the 5th one.

have sent in many DXDIAG with no response from anyone... talked to many people at origin help and even the so-called "TECHS". they blame my computer and not their "new payback game" who designed this three speedwalls and why? must be someway of switching them manually when a problem occurs. it does it automatically but what triggers it? my times or activities or time played or what? some body must know because some body made the game. remember we are the ones buying your games so we do count and remember the customer is always right and stop hanging up on them. sorry.... too stupid to know how to attach screenshots or videos or anything else.
