I have recently bought the Time Savers pack for NFS Rivals and the DLC won't give me what I paid for. I paid £7.99 for essentially nothing. I would "love" to know why I have not received the product and how it can be fixed. If I don't get a decent reply that explains what is going on I will go on EA's FB page and complain until I get my money back and a apology.
This has never happened before and I don't expect to be ripped off by EA.
What platform did you buy this DLC for?
Check your downloads then, I'm not familiar with how the PS4 works, but if I remember correctly, just because you downloaded something it doesn't install automatically. Check your downloads folder to see if the DLC is downloaded but not installed.
What is missing exactly?
Have you had a chance to unlock and/or purchase a new car yet?
