@Stylehot5 - well, I would say PR and rep are weakly related. That is, usually higher PR of your best car means you have higher rep as well. But there may be exceptions. On the other hand, there is no direct link between those two. That is, when you get a rep raise, it does not affect your PR in any way. The same holds the other way round, when you up your PR, there is no associated rep change.
And now the hard truth: I am sorry to say that, but you don't get much far without repetitions. You don't have to drive them, you can use Easydrive or race skips, but you have to endure them somehow, otherwise you will be lacking resources you cannot buy for money. It may be boring, but it is how this game is designed.
