I have no idea how to get that much PR 

I've attached the cars that i've collected so far

if i collect other 8 blueprints or SRT viper GTS... Can i play with that car in chapter 10 ?

Also i don't have much storage points ? is there any way to increase them faster ?

I have 25,000 visual points...i don't use them...what should i do ? i don't do anything in mod shop

All levels in cars levels requires PR.

I'M JUST STUCK
