Still experiencing the issue, although I encountered it a couple of times only in the last few days, but still not happy with it.

I noticed the issue right after the game was updated to 2.2.3 for iOS, however it looks like EA fixed it in my case, as since week or two it did not occur again.
I would like to mentioned that I haven't experienced this error since the last week or so. I'm running 2.2.3 on Andriod.
I am still having this issue. I just installed the newest update.

Although my advice seems drastic, I suggest you make a formatting of your device by backing up the most important data.
Could this be possible?.
