In tournament the cars That can be upgraded are still the same.
how is that possible and why aren't the cars switch for another car to upgrade?

It is very hard to understand what you were trying to say. You don't upgrade cars in a tournament, you do it in a garage, and it has nothing to do with tournaments. Upgrading changes cars PR rating (and directly affects performance), while it may not have any visual effect. You should visit mod shop if changing how a car looks is what you are after.
BMW M4 Razor can be upgraded as any other car, though you may have trouble getting new blueprints to stage car to another level. And as with many special events car, their visual modification is limited or even impossible.
I meant BluePrints, and blueprints only.

Why isn't in tournaments the possibility to get blueprints from cars not changed in other blueprints from other cars?
For weeks now, the b;ueprints from cars are the same:
These cars are, for weeks or months the same:
Toyota GT86; Porsche 911 (993) Carrera; Toyota Supra; Dodge Challenger SRT8; Nissan Skyline GT-R BNR32;
Porsche 911 (991) Carrera; Mercedes-AMG GT; Ferrari F40.
Why not change this cars for others??
