I got my rewards whenever I rank up to the next Tier and when the Tournament ends. Although, the Trophy points doesn't show that it's increasing.
Maybe the numbers are wrong on screen and the rewards could actually be given to you.
Try force closing No Limits and launching it again.
If that doesn't work, then try turning off your mobile device and turning it back on. Once your mobile device is back on, launch No Limits again.
This is not true because the subsequent rank ups added point to the previous total. It is bugged and some go missing. BTW I'm on the latest android on htc one m8. Force closing and reopening did not change the total before I ranked up again.
