Trouble getting online
When I try to get online, it gives me the options to redownload the pass code, which is now free, or to skip. When I try to redownload it, it takes me to the download screen but no option to actually download it.

What is the platform you are playing on?
If you are playing on a console, make sure your Gamertag or PSN ID, and Origin Account are linked first.
According to your account information they aren't.
If you are playing on a PC platform you have to update your Game via Origin. You can download Origin for PC here.
