Trying to play NFS Rivals on my new PSN account

So I wanted to play a game. But I can’t. I’ve had my Rivals bought through other older PSN account. Now I have a new one and the old has enabled game sharing so I can play it without buying the second time on my PS5. My primary EA account was linked to the older PSN account so to play on the new PSN account, EA Support on these forums told me to create a new account, since I cannot link one EA account to a different PSN when there was other one linked to it. I created my new account, tried to open the game and… my account has been banned. Why? How do I even play this game? Why did your support lead me to ban? Why??? I already appealed to the ban and they replied that the sanction was correct. Why? How? For what?
