trying to redeem Need for Speed Shift 2 Unleased CD key with Origin

Hi there

I purchased a hard copy of NFS Shift 2: Unleased (brand new) from MightyApe and i'm now trying to activate the product key on Origin, but I get the error "This code has been used before".

I have not activated this game on Origin or Steam before and I own a hard copy of the retail version.

Please can I get my key activated so I can play online 🙂
