Tuning And Customization

We need to be able to adjust our vehicles to the finest tuning spec. I myself spent hours on NFS 2015 going back and forth until I found MY perfect style. Also, I want to be able to control my paint scheme more and be able to adjust everything. HEAT plays more like Payback, a game no one was happy with.
