Tutorial Bugged

Opening tutorial driving Yellow Car. Just took sharp right turn to avoid cop's roadblock. Approach bridge...... bridge not there racers and cops all fall into water and game crashes....

    Yes happened multiple times. 

    I was finally able to solve it by going through steam and "Validating" the files had me re-download a 2GB patch I guess. May have just been a corrupt download that caused the issue.
