Two accounts under the same email

So. It seems that somehow I’ve made two profiles under the same email?    I logged in under my Xbox account, my user and profile are fine.  I lost all my progress on need for speed heat tho and it sh...

    Hello @katieeex2014,

    This is an account related issue, you should contact EA Help for assistance. They are the only ones that have the ability to help you out. Cross progression is not a thing in NFS Heat, this would explain why you have 2 different accounts with "separated progress".
