Ultimate Parts no longer an option that were unlocked in on previous cars

I logged onto need for speed and noticed that when trying to spec a new car that 3 of my ultimate parts that i had unlocked are now not an option anymore and can only be on the cars that already had it on. If I engine swap that same car then I lose the ability to select the ultimate part, as it doesnt show the part, like the ultimate dual turbo charger, as an option anymore on any car.
