unable to access redeem code for hot pursuit

Hello,

I am unable to redeem online access code for hot persuit. This is a new set of game cd I bought after I lost the old one. Can any one help me and let me know what I should I do..?

What happens when you try to redeem the code? Please post any error message you may see.
