Unable to change language for NFS heat

Hi, i'm french and downloaded Nfs heat on steam but i have my game in englisht and i don't know how to change it i mean i already tried the windows + R method but it still didn't work when i chaned i...

      Yea sure so I went on steam and then library after that i right clicked on need for speed heat and then you click on property and you'll find your self in the general section and there's "language" and here you can change it
