Unable to login need for speed no limits after update (ios)

Please help. I updated need for speed no limits via appstore yesterday, now i cant log in, everytime it asks me to download the update from appstore but in appstore shows my app has been updated.. I cant login and i spent miney on golds!! Please help!

Dear friend,I have the same problem here. I tried to contact support team but no success. I finally decided to uninstall &amp; reinstall the game but the game starts from level 1. It means you have to solve this problem with technical support team or you will lose all your data.When possible update me if your problem got solved.Thanks

Hi,I contacted support but they havent replied me yet. Ive palyed this game until level 39. And some more spent quite some cash on golds. I wouldnt want to unninstall it yet as i know it'll start from level 1. Ill update once they get back to me. Cheers!
