Unable to play need for speed due to prompt saying EA and PSN are not signed in
When i go onto need for speed rivals to oaky online it tried to sign me in to EA despite having both ea play and playstation plus it won’t work please help

@EA_QueenBee Yes, i signed in and my playstation account is linked.
I can confirm the same behavior is happening for me on Xbox, but not just for Need for Speed Rivals. It's also happening on Most Wanted (2012).
I can additionally confirm other things:
1. It's not the console or the network, as I'm able to log in on other Xbox gamertags and play online on both games.
2. Rivals and Most Wanted (2012) are the only games affected AFAIK. Games such as Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare, Need for Speed Payback, Titanfall, SSX and others connect fine and allow me to play multiplayer.- @SargeCassXbox @EA_QueenBee And what else me and OP are meant to do?
marmsicleI managed to solve the issue on Xbox by linking a brand new EA account to my Xbox gamertag and then changing that gamertag.
Maybe linking a brand new EA account to your PSN and then changing the PSN handle will help you?
