Unable to play online in NFS Heat

I recently bought NFS Heat for Xbox One and have been unable to play online, when I click to start the game it brings up;  Unable To Login this account can’t get online. There are a few reasons why...

I've had similar problems when playing online on my PS4 that I can't log in to my EA account have had it for a long time and start getting tired. have not received much help on the web site https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/problems-playing-online/ I have great desire and throw the game in the garbage bucket and never buy a game from EA not worth the money if there is going to be a problem.
