Used CD-Key

I once installed the physical copy of this game in my other ID, but I forgot the E-Mail and password that I used in the ID that has this game, now I have another account and I try to install the game...

I once install Need for speed: the run , I used my cd-key .After 1 year it want CD-key again and when I used it , it tell "This code has already been used"

. What I can do ? =/

2- Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
3- Select a topic for the best results.
4- If your topic isn’t listed, Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us
5- Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
6- Select live chat or call me to request a call back.

Make sure you have the phone near you if you selected call me and have the device you are having the issue on near you also.
