I'm trying to play Need for Speed Heat, but when I launch the game it tells me that my gpu (Radeon RX Vega 56) does not support direct x 11.0, and thus I cannot play the game. I know that the Vega 56 can run the game, and supports direct x 11.0, I would love some answers as to how to fix this issue.

Note, if you pressed "Windows+R and type dxcpl", but YOU DON'T HAVE DXCPL...
...you can add this optional feature (for Windows 10) like this:
In Search, type Apps and features and then open the Apps & features settings.
On the right-hand side of the Apps & features settings, choose Optional features (under Apps & features).
The Optional features settings appear.
In the Optional features settings, choose Add a feature. A list of optional features you can install appears.
Select Graphics Tools from the list of features, then choose Install.
Alternately, you can get the Graphics Tools (C:\Windows\System32\DXCpl.exe) also by installing Direct DX 11 SDK.
