This is the same exact problem I have been having for the past few months. Only happens when I full screen a game via Origin while using an external display with an HDMI cable. My laptop is a gtx 1060 max q with an i7 8750h.

@Mason_py @Saltyass96 have you tried to update GPU drivers?
Also how many HDMI ports do you have on the laptop?
/Atic @EA_Atic I have updated all my GPU drivers and my laptop only has 1 HDMI port.

Hi, it appears I might have a solution for this. I used to face the same issue as well: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Video-Internal-Scheduler-Error-BSOD/td-p/7974620
Download an old Nvidia graphics driver, the link I provided is August 2018 driver, which is when I started getting this issue
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/137270/
My laptop is Dell 7567, i7, GTX1050ti. I have been using this driver for 3 days now, no BSOD so far, no matter how much I alt tab the games. I did not notice any significant or noticeable performance issue so far.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
