Waste of money

Just got back on to play after a month or so to find my garage had been completley reset. Not even a starter car. I had bought the deluxe game and had those cars but they were all reset to stock parts as well. Used the one evo to complete the entire campaign and what not so I had some resources invested into just 1 of the many cars now missing. Had a completely different character as well. No biggie. I still had all my money and reputation so that wasnt a problem. Continued playing at this point. Went and bought the Pagani because why not. Excited to have the car I wanted I took it back to the garage to start upgrading. Started with color. Went into wraps and to my surprise I had all my old car wraps sitting there in the inverntory....wtf. My old wraps saved but the cars themselves just disappeared. Moving on I  picked out a fancy wrap and went about my business. Now it's time for some serious upgrades. Again to my surprise I still had my ultimate+ parts still available. Hell yeah this isnt a total loss I'm thinking. SPEED... (yeah I know it's not the fastest car in the game). First part installed and error failed to save customization. Second part installed same error. Over and over. Didnt matter what lvl the part was. Switched to a different car. Back to my fully stocked evo and same error. Quit to the main menu maybe it needed a quick refresh. Same issue. Quit the game now and same issue. No updates either. That was it. I'm done. You win EA. Your welcome for the donation. Yes I eventually read up on the lost progression problem people were having. Day 1 of quarantine ruined.
