We need steering wheel support for NFS Payback!
So, just to be clear: Any CAR Game without steering wheel support is simply an trash game. I wish all game pad and keyboard users to be silent in this topic unless they support steering wheel players.

This smells like Ghost using Scrum as a software development framework and pushed out a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) that meets business needs...
I don't know what to say about this but I'm sure adding steering wheel support is much cheaper that developing the game itself. I mean come on... it's like creating a cheap car that has no wheels from the factory.
