i was able to change some gfx settings without a restart (the menu is on the start button on the xb1 controller), but the controls feel very loose and sloppy for sure. the nitro in particular seems to take over a second to initialize meaning its not too useful for course correction. add in the pay to win loot boxes and we have an even worse game than the last one. sad sad day for need for speed.. a flagship EA title.
