What does the plus bar mean when selecting a pre made wrap?

In Need for Speed (2015), when I am selecting a pre-made wrap, I noticed a bar with a plus sign in it at the bottom left-hand of the screen. It changes how full it is when I select different pre-made wraps. I just want to know what it means and if it affects anything. I can't find an answer to this question anywhere.
