What happened to my Deluxe Edition Content?

I pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition and I didn't receive any of what was promised. Either i get my money back or i get my missing content  ☹️

    Try Redownload the deluxe edition add-on

    PlayStation 4

    1. Open the PlayStation Store and go to your Library.
    2. Highlight Need for Speed and press the X button..
    3. Highlight Related Items and scroll over to My Add-Ons then press the X button.
    4. Highlight the down arrow next to Need for Speed Deluxe Edition Content and press the X button to start your download.
    5. Wait for your download to finish and install, then start Need for Speed.
    6. A message on the top left of the screen will confirm your downloadable content is unlocked when you start your game.
    7. In your garage, choose Purchase Car.
    8. Find the BMW M3 E46 and use Buy Item to purchase your Deluxe Edition car at no cost.

    Xbox One

    1. Highlight Need for Speed on your Xbox dashboard.
    2. Press the Menu button on your control and choose Manage game.
    3. Download and install your Deluxe Edition downloadable content and start Need for Speed.
    4. A message on the top left of the screen will confirm your downloadable content is unlocked when you start your game.
    5. In your garage, choose Purchase Car.
    6. Find the BMW M3 E46 and use Buy Item to purchase your Deluxe Edition car at no cost.

    You need to download the Deluxe Edition content from the PSN Store. Choose the game in the main menu of PS4 -> Related Items -> Add-Ons -> My Add-Ons -> Need For Speed Deluxe Edition Content
